Q: Do my patients have to pay extra for home delivery?
A: No. There’s no additional cost to them for home delivery of diabetes supplies that are billed to Medicare or another insurance provider.

A: They can call us and we’ll find out for them. Medicare usually covers 80%, after the deductible and copayment.

Q: What paperwork is required?
A: In most cases, patients won’t have to do any paperwork. Apria’s billing experts will complete and file your Medicare and other insurance claim forms for them.
Q: How long will it take for patients to receive their supplies?
A: Delivery is fast. Most orders arrive in less than a week.

Purchasing: Apria offers free and discreet home delivery to patients. Apria verifies all insurances. If a patient has Medicare, up to 80% of the Encore® Vacuum Device may be covered. Our billing experts complete and file all claim forms on the patient's behalf.
